General Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders efficiently so you can start moving and feeling better as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within a reasonable processing time after payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
Delivery Times
US shipping times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery windows may be shown at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During busy periods, carrier delays, or severe weather, deliveries may take longer than expected.
Tracking & Support
When available, a tracking number will be provided via email shortly after your order ships. Tracking information may take some time to update after your package leaves the warehouse.
